Meetings

General club meetings are held monthly on the third Wednesday* of the month at our clubhouse, 7pm.

Members of the general public are always welcome and encouraged.

June - the monthly meeting is a BBQ put on by the club at our habitat preserve on Bottom Wood Lake Road

July & August - Summer holidays, no meeting these months

December - the monthly meeting is a Christmas potluck dinner & Bingo (with prizes) at the Clubhouse

Exectutive Board meets the first Thursday of the month. Items for discussion can be forwarded to the chairman Jared Wilkison.
